    Metal Injection Molding (MIM)
Metal Injection Molding – often called MIM – is an advanced manufacturing technique (AMT) that uses injection molding equipment for manufacturing both simple and complex metal parts to tight tolerances. MIM can be used across a wide range of components, but the best applications are typically small and weigh less than 100 grams, though larger parts are possible. The MIM process can replace other metal forming techniques such as investment casting and machining.

What is MIM?

Metal injection molding (MIM) is a metalworking process in which finely-powdered metal is mixed with binder material to create a “feedstock” that is then shaped and solidified using injection molding.

Is your part suitable for using MIM?

MIM is most suitable for small, precision parts with complex geometries and provides more freedom for geometry design than ever before. Here you will find many products are manufactured by MIM process.
